Transfers are carried out on the basis of the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or Standard Contractual Clauses.

• Analytics data: Retained for 12 months from the official launch of the Rideaway application. • Marketing data: Until you withdraw your consent. • Waitlist data: Until you create an account in the full version of the application or request deletion.

You may withdraw your consent to the newsletter at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
