1. General provisions
The rideaway.app website is operated by Mansz&Partners, ul. Powstańców Warszawskich 96 lok. 19, 38-400 Krosno, Poland, Polish tax ID (NIP): 6891179617, REGON: 180238578., referred to as the "Service Provider". Contact: legal@rideaway.app.
These Terms govern free use of the public Rideaway website, early-access form, survey, email verification, referral program, and application for the closed Beta.
Rideaway is in pre-launch. The website is not currently a transactional platform, does not accept paid bookings, and does not activate a public product account.
2. Electronic services
All these services are free. The form does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter or paid service.
- free access to information and Rideaway articles
- submission of the form and receipt of a survey link
- completion of the survey and email verification
- participation in the referral program after meeting its conditions
- optional application for the manually selected Beta
- operational messages about the application, verification, referrals, and benefit
3. Conditions and technical requirements
You must not submit unlawful content, third-party data without a legal basis, malicious code, or spam, or attempt to bypass security, limits, verification, or program rules.
- a device with Internet access, a current browser, and a working email address
- being at least 18 and acting as an instructor, school, club, sports organization, or an authorized representative
- providing accurate, current data and using your own email address
- one application and one professional identity per person or organization unless the Service Provider agrees otherwise
4. Starting and ending participation
An agreement to process your application is formed when you submit a valid form after the Terms and Privacy Policy have been made available. The survey and benefit agreement is performed through the further steps below.
You may end participation at any time by emailing legal@rideaway.app or privacy@rideaway.app. Deleting data needed to verify or settle a benefit may prevent further participation and use of an unactivated benefit.
5. Six months of Rideaway Pro for the survey
The benefit is personal or assigned to the verified organization. It cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash. We do not guarantee a specific launch date; we will separately notify you when access can be activated.
- The benefit is intended for verified instructors, schools, clubs, and sports organizations.
- The standard benefit is 6 months of Rideaway Pro with no subscription fee.
- You must complete the survey accurately, verify your email, and pass manual professional verification.
- The free period begins when product access is activated, not when the form or survey is submitted.
- The benefit covers the Pro plan available at activation. Features may evolve with the product, but no subscription fee will be charged for the confirmed free period.
6. Referral program up to 12 months
Months have no cash value, are not paid out, and cannot be transferred. A referral may be rejected after manual review; a complaint can be submitted under section 10.
- After email verification, the participant receives a personal referral link.
- A referral qualifies when a new, distinct person or organization follows the link, completes the survey, verifies their email, and passes manual professional verification.
- For each qualifying referral, both the referrer and referred participant receive one additional month of Pro.
- The total free period is capped at 12 months per participant unless the Service Provider later confirms an individual extension.
- Self-referrals, duplicates, the same professional identity, false data, automated submissions, and attempts to bypass the limit do not qualify.
7. Closed Beta and Founding Member
In return, the participant agrees to test Rideaway regularly in real work and provide honest, specific feedback. The Beta invitation will state the start date, expected contact cadence, and acceptance method. Any later extension of access or discount requires separate notice from the Service Provider.
- Applying for the Beta is optional, manually reviewed, and does not guarantee an invitation.
- A selected participant receives a total of 12 months of Pro without a subscription fee from access activation, Founding Member status, and 50% off the first 12 paid months immediately following the free period.
- The discount applies to the standard Pro subscription price then in effect. It excludes taxes, transaction commissions, add-ons, and other plans unless the invitation says otherwise.
- The Beta benefit replaces a lower public-program total; free months do not stack beyond 12 unless we confirm an individual extension.
8. Verification and program integrity
The Service Provider may review a public professional profile, school website, or other information supplied by the participant. Professional and Beta decisions are manual. We may reasonably request additional information.
We may reject or cancel an unactivated benefit for false data, impersonation, program abuse, duplicate identities, unlawful conduct, or a material breach of these Terms. Where reasonably possible, a valid applicant may explain the situation before a decision is finalized.
9. Email messages
Emails containing the survey, address verification, personal referral link, benefit status, and organizational information are operational program messages.
We do not automatically subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. If we offer one later, you will receive a separate choice and an easy unsubscribe method.
10. Complaints
Send a complaint about the website, verification, or program to legal@rideaway.app. Describe the issue, include the email address used for the application, and state the requested resolution. Never send a password or secret token.
We will respond within 14 days after receiving a complete complaint. If information is missing, the period runs from the date we receive the requested details.
11. Consumers and withdrawal
A consumer may withdraw from the free distance agreement within 14 days by sending an unambiguous statement to legal@rideaway.app. Participation may also be ended at any time under section 4.
These Terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights under the law of the consumer's habitual residence.
12. Availability and liability
We take reasonable steps to keep the website working, but maintenance, provider outages, and errors may occur. We do not guarantee a launch date or that every planned feature will remain unchanged.
Sports content is informational and does not replace instruction, a safety assessment, medical advice, or the rules of a specific venue. Until the marketplace launches, Rideaway is not a party to agreements between customers and instructors or schools.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under consumer law or other mandatory rules.
13. Intellectual property
Rideaway content, marks, layout, and materials are legally protected. You may use them privately as part of ordinary website browsing. Copying, publication, or commercial use requires permission unless the law provides otherwise. Licensed materials remain owned by their respective rights holders.
14. Changes, governing law, and disputes
We may change these Terms for a valid reason, including changes in law, security, providers, or program scope. A material change will not retroactively remove a correctly confirmed benefit unless required by law or caused by participant abuse. Active participants will be informed on the website or by email.
Polish law applies, without removing mandatory consumer protection under the law of the consumer's residence. We aim to resolve disputes amicably; court jurisdiction follows applicable law. We do not link to the former EU ODR platform because it was discontinued in 2025.
