Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

1. These Terms of Service define the rules for using the website rideaway.app (hereinafter: "Service"). 2. The Service is operated by Mansz&Partners, ul. Powstańców Warszawskich 96 lok. 19, 38-400 Krosno, NIP: 6891179617, REGON: 180238578 (hereinafter: "Service Provider"). 3. The Service Provider can be contacted at: legal@rideaway.app.

2. Type and Scope of Services

1. The Service currently serves an informational and marketing purpose and is not a transactional platform. 2. The Service Provider offers the following electronic services: • Content access: Browsing information about the planned Rideaway platform. • Waitlist: The ability to sign up for early access to the platform. • Newsletter: Receiving updates about development progress, launch, and marketing content via email. 3. All of the above services are provided free of charge.

3. Conditions and Technical Requirements

1. Using the Service requires a device with internet access and a current web browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). 2. Users agree to provide accurate information (email address) in the sign-up form. 3. Users are prohibited from submitting unlawful content or manipulating the Service. 4. The minimum user age is 16 years.

4. Waitlist and Newsletter Registration

1. The agreement for the waitlist/newsletter service is concluded when the User clicks the confirmation button (e.g., "Join waitlist"). 2. Users may unsubscribe at any time, without giving a reason and free of charge, by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in the email footer or by contacting the Service Provider.

5. Liability

1. The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted availability of the Service but does not guarantee the absence of technical interruptions. 2. At this stage, the Service only announces future services. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Rideaway platform will launch at a specific time or in a specific functional form.

6. Complaints

1. Users have the right to submit complaints about the Service to: legal@rideaway.app. 2. The Service Provider will process the complaint within 14 days of receipt and inform the User of the decision by email.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, and logos on the Service are the property of the Service Provider and are protected by copyright. Copying them without the Service Provider's consent is prohibited.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the electronic service agreement (waitlist registration) within 14 days without giving a reason. Due to the free nature of the service, withdrawal is effected by simply unsubscribing from the list.

9. Final Provisions

1. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms (e.g., when adding new features or changing company details). Users will be notified of changes via the Service or by email. 2. In matters not covered by these Terms, Polish law shall apply. 3. Disputes may be resolved amicably. Consumers may use the ODR platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
